Full Coverage Wedding Photography Package - £1,500 Congratulations on your engagement! 💍 Our full-day package is perfect for couples who want every moment of their special day beautifully captured, from the excitement of getting ready in the morning, right through to your first dance and evening celebrations. You’ll receive a stunning collection of 50 professionally edited digital photos, along with a private online gallery where you, your friends, and family can view and purchase your favourite images. At Making Memories Photography, we take pride in capturing the real story of your day, the laughter, the emotion, and all the little in-between moments. We’ll plan everything with you beforehand so you can simply relax and enjoy every second, knowing it’s all being captured perfectly.
Cancellation Policy
Making Memories Photography – Terms & Conditions Last updated: [Insert date] By booking with Making Memories Photography, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date is not confirmed until this is paid. Remaining balances are due before or on the day of your session. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling All payments made are non-refundable, including deposits. If you need to reschedule, payments made will be carried over to a new date (subject to availability). If no date is suitable, a credit note will be issued, valid for 12 months. Weddings are subject to separate terms, outlined in your wedding contract. 3. Photographer Cancellation If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency), we will: Reschedule your session, or Issue a full credit note, valid for 12 months. No refunds will be given. 4. Image Delivery Edited images are delivered via secure online gallery: Standard sessions: within 2–4 weeks Weddings: within 4–8 weeks RAW (unedited) files are not provided. Please download your images promptly, as galleries may be temporary. 5. Use of Images We may use your photos for social media, advertising, and our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before or at your session. 6. Copyright & Usage All images remain the copyright of Making Memories Photography. You receive a license to print and share for personal use only. Images must not be edited, sold, or used commercially without written permission. 7. Client Responsibilities Clients must ensure all participants are on time and prepared. For newborn/child sessions, please bring any items you’d like included. For school and event photography, organiser cooperation is appreciated. 8. Data Protection We comply with UK GDPR. Your data is stored securely and used only to manage your booking. We never share your data without your consent. 9. Liability We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the session. In rare cases of data loss or equipment failure, our liability is limited to a re-shoot or credit note. 10.
